Smrt Frms is a small Utah pastured poultry operation in Spanish Fork. In 2025 year we offered pastured chicken. In 2026 we’ve added pastured eggs! We operate under the Homemade Food Act, Utah State Code 4-5a-104.
We’ll update the site and post on our Instagram when we’ve officially decided on the farmers markets for this year.

Our chickens are raised in Salem, Utah. Moved to fresh grass every day in their “chicken tractor”. The chicken get ~20% of their diet from eating bugs and grasses as we move through the pasture. The primary food source is a grower blend from Leland Mills, a high quality local mill.
Thanks to the fresh air, clean grass and sunshine. Our chickens get lots of vitamin D and omega 3s, helping maintain good immune systems. Which means I don’t have to give them that other stuff (vaccines, antibiotics, added hormones) to keep them alive. And you don’t have to eat it.

In the kit you’ll find the neck, feet, wing tips, skin and the rib cage/spine. Lots of bones for collagen, amino acids, and minerals, and skin/fat for flavor.
With pasture raised chicken you can be assured the broth you make has no questionable ingredients, simply healthy, home-made broth. Just place the kit contents in a stock pot or slow cooker and let it simmer until you have the most delicious, effortless super food you can use for sipping, soups, or for taking your recipes to the next level.
